Shipping and delivery

Each order placed on a workday before 15.00h will be processed the same day. If all products of your order are in stock, they will also be shipped the same day. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you can find the track and trace of your package(s).
We deliver with PostNL, DHL or DPD. Standard shipping costs Netherlands € 8,75 | Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg € 13,75,-

Usually the package is delivered on the next delivery day (Monday through Saturday), but always within 2 delivery days. You can find the latest information about your package with the track & trace code that you have revcieved.

Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us at hello@hublogiq.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

Warranty

All hardware has a 2 year warranty. Should a product become defective within 2 years of purchase, we will send you a new one. Provided that you can show us that the product isn’t defective because of factors that the warranty doesn’t cover.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We advise you to first make your complaints known to us by sending an email to hello@hublogiq.com.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
